We constantly seek to provide the best possible work environment for our team, which is why we have recently developed a wellness program for everyone at Odd.

These benefits seek to promote wellbeing and efficiency across our teams, in order to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Here are some of the main benefits:

1.We work 100% remote.

Some of the most efficient teams in the world do not need to meet in person to achieve their objectives. That is why we have implemented the option to live and work wherever you want, with the only condition that if you move to the Caribbean, you send us photos, of course.

2.Flexible schedules.

We do not impose rigid schedules, these will vary based on the objectives of each role. If a specific task can be done in less time, the rest of the time is totally at your disposal. We are committed to a completely flexible and efficient working day.

3.Flexible Holidays.

We all have the right to rest, that is why we have taken steps to grant vacations whenever you need them, without being constrained to the legal yearly limits.

4.Odd Holiday + Odd Birthday.

We think the month is too long, we decided to add an extra day off every month of the year, in perpetuity! In addition, you get a whole day off for your birthday, which can be taken on that particular date or any other!

5.Kit Odd.

We provide an Odd Kit with the essential instruments for your day to day work (computer, mousepad, etc.). After one year, this Kit becomes your property, and can be renewed after 2 years.
